INTRODUCTION TO HITACHI AIR COMPRESSORS
1. HITACHI OIL-INJECTED AIR COMPRESSORS
A simple design with optimized mechanical components results in a compact structure, while the enhanced cooling system allows for cooler and more stable performance.
Power range from 7.5kW to 240kW, with multiple operating modes such as star-delta starting, automatic start/stop, and variable speed drive (energy-saving operation).
2. HITACHI OIL-FREE AIR COMPRESSORS
The compression chamber is completely oil-free, with no oil used for cooling, lubrication, or sealing. Therefore, the output compressed air is entirely free from oil contamination.
Widely used in clean industries such as food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, medical applications, and high-precision electronics manufacturing.
Power range from 15kW to 240kW, available in single-stage and two-stage compression, meeting Class 0 air quality standards certified by TÜV Germany.
