ORION ICE – REFRIGERATED AIR DRYERS AND COMPRESSED AIR FILTERS

ORION ICE is a compressed air treatment equipment line from ORION Machinery, including refrigerated air dryers and compressed air filters, designed to remove moisture, condensate, oil, and contaminants from compressed air.

The products are designed to meet requirements for clean compressed air, reduce pressure loss, and improve energy efficiency, making them suitable for a wide range of industrial compressed air systems.

1. ORION ICE - REFRIGERATED AIR DRYER

Key Features:

- TURBO TUBE heat exchange tubes enhance heat transfer efficiency during the compressed air drying process.

- The heat exchanger is integrated with a stainless-steel housing, providing a robust structure suitable for industrial environments. The heat exchanger design helps maintain low pressure loss, with the value specified in the documentation being below 0.015 MPa.

- CROSS-WAVE FIN heat transfer fins improve the heat exchange efficiency of the system.

- The equipment is designed to operate under ambient temperatures of up to 43°C.

- Nickel-plated copper tubing enhances corrosion resistance and helps minimize refrigerant leakage.

- The filter helps prevent dust and contaminants from entering the condenser coil, while allowing convenient cleaning and maintenance.

• Standard Refrigerated Air Dryer Series:

- The ORION ICE Standard Series is designed for industrial compressed air systems operating under standard conditions, offering a wide range of capacities to meet different application requirements.

2. ORION ICE – COMPRESSED AIR FILTERS

In addition to air dryers, ORION offers compressed air filters with various filtration grades to meet different compressed air quality requirements.

• Drain filter HAS-D

- Separates liquid water lets and removes dust and solid contaminants with a particle size of 5 μm or larger.

- Helps prevent liquid water lets from entering downstream equipment.

- Equipped with a float-type automatic drain.

- Pressure : ≤ 0.005 MPa, suitable for use as a pre-filter.

• Line filter HAS-L

- Removes solid particles with a particle size of 1 μm or larger.

- Filtration efficiency of up to 99.999%.

- Uses a high-quality fiberglass filter element.

• Mist filter HAS-M

- Removes oil mist down to 0.01 wt ppm.

- Removes solid particles down to 0.01 μm.

- Filtration efficiency of up to 99.999%.

- Uses a specialized filter element.

• Carbon filter HAS-K

- Used to remove odors and residual contaminants from compressed air.

- Uses a fibrous activated carbon filter element, capable of adsorbing and removing odors down to 0.003 wt ppm, according to the technical specifications.

- The filter element is designed to minimize activated carbon dispersion compared with previous designs..
